As the Director of Client Experience with Carve, Jacque Baxley takes pride in fostering meaningful relationships with clients while delivering all around account service. She’s a great listener and a client favorite, perhaps because she loves finding solutions to help reduce stress and simplify her clients’ financial lives. Jacque shares, “It is a pleasure to support our clients and they are at the heart of everything we do.”

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a Minor in Business, Francis Marion University
- Division 1 Women’s Soccer Team Goalkeeper, Team MVP and Captain (2006 & 2007 Seasons)
- Over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry
Outside the Office
Jacque was born and raised in Davidsonville, Maryland, and now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband and their two children, Payton and Zane. As a family, they enjoy beach trips, exploring new destinations, attending sporting events like Charlotte FC soccer games and UNC Tarheel games, and floating down the Catawba River near their home.
Jacque also coaches Zane’s soccer team through the Charlotte Independence Youth Academy and loves cheering on her children in their various sports. Guided by the Golden Rule, she strives to bring positivity and kindness to every aspect of her life, both personally and professionally.
