Katie Dixon is Carve’s Practice Management Associate and provides exceptional structure and discipline to Carve’s client service and investment management efforts. Leveraging her analytical background and leadership experience, she strives to meet each client’s unique needs with precision and care. As both an athlete and a professional, Katie exemplifies the balance between commitment and quality in all she does.

Outside the Office
Katie splits her time between Carve Advisors and her role as a member of the USA Women’s National Field Hockey Team. Her athletic career includes representing the U.S. in international competitions and serving as a captain on championship-winning teams.
Outside of her professional and athletic commitments, Katie enjoys coaching young athletes, organizing field hockey camps, and giving back through community service projects. Her love for teamwork and mentorship fuels her dedication to empowering others both on and off the field.
